3004 aluminum plate is an AL-Mn alloy, which is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be heat-treated. Therefore, using cold working to improve its mechanics performance: It has high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity in semi-cold hardening, low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability and poor machinability.

Color coating plate commonly use PE,SMP, HDPPVDF, etc coating. It includes 2/1 and 2/2. The top painting is about20-25pm and the back is about 8-10um. Construction topical should not be lower than 20um and1opm. Normally. ne color coating plate introduce the US ASTM A527 (GI), ASTM AT92(GL), Japan JIS G3302, the European EN / 0142, Korea KS D3506 and Baosteel Q/BQB420.
Coating Performance
PE: Good adhesion, and form ability in a wide range of outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance.Service life is 7-10 years
SMP: Excellent hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance. It has the good external durability and non-powder resistance but the gloss retention and flexibility are limited. Service life is 10-15 years.
HDP:Better UV resistance, high durability,the mainly performance between PE and PVDF coating. Service life is 10-12 years.
PVDF:Best formality and color retention,excellent outdoor durability and dust resistance, solvent resistance but color limited. Service life 20-25 years.

This series aluminum strip can be used to produce plates, thick plates, tensile pipes, extrusion pipes, etc.
